EXPERIENCE

Sandy specializes in search activity involving capital markets, investment and commercial banking.

Her career prior to executive search spanned over twenty years and included work at senior levels in structured finance and capital markets with major commercial and investment banking houses.

Her Wall Street experience included extensive transaction origination and execution experience at Kidder Peabody, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Citicorp, Prudential Securities, CapMac, and FGIC.

Sandy has also worked in FIG related executive search – at Korn Ferry International.

As a result of her background, Sandy has a unique understanding of modern corporate finance. This includes the accounting, credit, structuring, legal, and tax issues associated with sophisticated financial transactions. This allows a nuanced understanding of the assessment and recruitment of talented individuals.

Sandy is a graduate of Purdue University and has done graduate work at New York University in economics.
